The successful candidate will deliver high-quality astronomy experiences to our guests, including interactive workshops, telescope viewing sessions (Celestial Shows), and guided tours of our product and experience centres (Museum Shows). Key Responsibilities: Conduct astronomy shows and workshops for guests. Build and maintain relationships with clients. Assist in marketing and promoting Starscapes’ programs and experiences. Collaborate with the team to develop new programs and engaging content. Maintain and manage equipment and product materials. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physics, Science Education, or related field is preferred. Passion for astronomy with a strong desire to educate and inspire others. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Hindi and English is required; knowledge of Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam is a plus. Ability to engage with diverse audiences, including children and high-profile guests. Willingness to learn continuously and explore deeper aspects of astronomy. Ability to travel to different locations for learning programs and events. Previous experience in public speaking, education, or tourism is a plus. Comfort working outdoors and during evening hours. Basic proficiency in Excel for data management. Willing to stay at different locations like Mukteshwar, Kausani, Goa, Ranthambore, Jaipur, Ramnagar, etc. NOTE: The candidate will be on a training period of 1 month and will be paid Rs. 5000/- per month, until he/she successfully completes the training and qualifies in the test. The final employment will be decided after successful passing of the test.
