Responsibilities and Duties

• Handling of Standard Room Documentation and maintain as per IATF 16949:2016.
• Instruments and Gauge handling such as Gauge Block, Vernier caliper, Micrometer, inside caliper, Height gauge, Trimos and Limit gauges.
• Basic knowledge on GD&T and Mechanical drawing reading skills.
• Knowledge in Standard Room and Calibration activities.
• Prepare a gauge's list for Calibration Frequency.
• Call for Gauge calibration to respective Quality team.
• Doing Calibration activities with standard room team for all Gauge lists.
• Ensures that containment activities take place when discrepancies are identified.
• Basic knowledge in MSA, SPC, 7QC tools.
• Inspection on CMM Program (ZEISS) with respective product added advantage.
• Able to read CMM report according to drawings.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Need Excellent Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills, and the ability to work with others in a team environment
• Must be self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic and work as team.
• BE & DME in degree Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 & IATF 16949:2016 etc.)
• Based on your performance salary will be Increased.
