Key Role and Responsibilities The Staffing Specialist will work closely with the Corporate PMO to support staffing and performance management activities which directly impacts profitability. The role will require ensuring accurate and timely reporting as well as providing necessary insights and solutions to ensure overall smooth processes. The key responsibilities include the below: Capture and maintain staffing data for project requirements (skills, experience preferences, utilization rates, visa requirements, client conflicts, etc.) Create and distribute formal staffing communications to delivery teams, HR Prepare and drive staffing meetings, KPIs, staffing dashboard and staffing forecast reports Own and update the staffing data entry reports (i.e. weekly staffing report) Own and update utilization across all business lines Update and maintain project codes and enable consultants to update timesheets In conjunction with the global employee engagement team, support consultants in obtaining necessary visas for their projects, alerting the wider staffing team of any delays, problems and proactively flagging potential issues Manage PTO (Personal Time off) requests system and report quarterly on PTO usage and risk Support on the performance management process preparing utilization documentation and reports. Compile and present relevant CVs for project proposals upon request Ad hoc HR tasks based on varied business needs. Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field (equivalent experience). Experience / Skills Proven experience of 8 -10 years in staffing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, preferably within the consulting or professional services industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI (preferable) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills This role is an Individual contributor role with the expectation that the individual will be able to work independently and can adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
