Job Description

Understanding the client requirement thoroughly. Understanding the details of the job role and responsibility, skills required and experience required and details about the contract, rate card etc Understanding thoroughly the client selection process so that the same can be communicated to the candidate and the process will run smoothly Sourcing the candidate through online channels, such as Naukri and other professional networks and job sites according to their skill and experience which will be ideal for the open position Gathering relevant information about the candidate: Past experience, projects they have done, technology platforms they have used, notice period, assessing the interest and commitment level etc. Communicate with the candidates promptly and assist them with understanding the JD, requirement, tenure and other contract details Submitting the profiles sourced to the team lead for further screening if required Scheduling the interviews for the selected candidates according to the client and candidate availability Coordinating the interview to make sure that the process is done smoothly Negotiating the CTC with the candidate as per the company standard Collecting all the relevant document from the candidates and submitting the same to the HR department for background verification Follow up with the candidate till the candidate onboarding is completed Handling the candidate queries regarding the CTC, client, tenure and contract. Maintaining a good relationship with the candidate so that they can be retained in future as well Preparing daily tracker and maintaining database of fresh profiles as well as recycled profiles so that it will be used in future Daily reporting to the team lead regarding the no. of candidates sourced, interview scheduled and to discuss any challenges faced and coming up with a solution for the sameRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
