Work with Delivery Heads and Sales Heads to understand the ongoing and upcoming resource requirements
Coordinate for sharing the resumes of identified candidates from bench or TA team with hiring managers Schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers, ensuring alignment of availability and timelinesCommunicate interview details, outcomes, and feedback to candidates and internal stakeholdersEnsure all communication is timely, professional, and consistent with company standardsCreate and maintain templates for resumes, staffing communication, interview coordination, and reportingServe as the single point of contact for resource status updates and staffing progress between internal teams and customer stakeholdersRequirementsExcellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
