Staff Specialist IT - Web Application Developer

As a Lead Web Application Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of applications in the Collaboration area. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the applications meet both business requirements and technical standards. You will collaborate closely with the design team and implement scalable, secure, and efficient application architecture. In this role, you will be tasked with developing high-quality, testable, and maintainable code using modern programming languages and technologies. Additionally, you will lead and mentor a team of developers, offering guidance, feedback, and coaching to support their growth and success. Participation in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as collaborating with other teams as needed, will be essential in maintaining the efficiency of the applications. Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices will enable you to apply this knowledge to enhance application development. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, along with expertise in web programming technologies such as C# .Net Framework, ASP.NET, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Reactjs, Antd with Typescript, .Net Core, Nodejs, Microsoft SharePoint, and more. Additionally, a strong understanding of oAuth, containerization, IIS, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and the Software Development Lifecycle is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quick adaptability to new technologies, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential qualities for success in this position.
