Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

We are seeking a

Staff Engineer

to lead the design and development of our

AI-first observability platform

. You will play a key role in building the next-generation observability pipeline that powers intelligent insights through

agentic AI, distributed APIs, and advanced data correlation

Lead architecture and development of distributed APIs and observability data pipelines.
Integrate and advance agentic AI capabilities
within observability workflows to enable intelligent automation, anomaly detection, and correlation.
Kick off
AI-first observability initiatives
, including query federation and statistical modelling.
Design scalable data models and ingestion pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces.
Drive engineering best practices and mentor senior engineers.
Collaborate with AI/ML, SRE, and Product teams to deliver intelligent, reliable observability solutions.
