As a Staff QA Engineer at Conga, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products. You will be responsible for owning product features from a test signoff perspective in an Agile environment. Your tasks will include designing and implementing robust test automation solutions for functional, regression, and feature testing, reviewing system requirements, and tracking quality assurance metrics. Your contributions will directly impact the continuous enhancement of our product features and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate with proven testing experience, both in automation and manual testing. You should have at least 8 years of experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks, as well as hands-on experience with test case planning, script development, and automation tools such as Selenium and API testing tools like Rest Assured. Proficiency in Agile methodology, strong logical thinking skills, and the ability to analyze system interactions are essential for this role.
