Staff Product Designer - Design Systems

As a Staff Product Designer at the growing team in India, your role will involve designing and enabling global teams to use design systems, focusing on native components for mobile. You will lead accessibility efforts, extend the design system, and design new components to meet accessibility standards. Additionally, you will document standards for accessible product design and ensure teams adhere to these standards. Your responsibilities will also include presenting complex concepts compellingly, prototyping complete experiences, advocating for the user, and contributing to enhancing core mobile and web flows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead accessibility efforts by right-sizing and extending the design system - Design new and retrofit old components to meet accessibility standards - Document standards for accessible product design - Present complex concepts in an easily digestible narrative - Prototype complete experiences to improve product and service - Advocate for the user and ensure a seamless end-to-end experience - Enhance components used across core mobile and web flows - Collaborate across team lines to provide customers with a seamless experience - Take designs through to implementation for customer use **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of product design or design systems experience, with a focus on mobile - Experience designing elegant web and mobile experiences from complex systems - Track record of driving and shipping quality work in consumer, e-commerce, or B2C products - Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and attention to detail - Working knowledge of design thinking and user-centric practices - Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills - Enthusiastic with a growth mindset and a genuine interest in travel,
