Staff Nurse

Job Title: Staff Nurse – Surgical Department

Location: Nallagandla, Hyderabad
Department: Surgical Ward
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Reporting to: Nursing Incharge / Senior Surgeon

Job Summary:

We are hiring a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse for our Surgical Department at our Nallagandla facility. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, managing pre-operative and post-operative care, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all patients under their care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to surgical patients.
• Monitor vital signs and observe for any post-surgical complications.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and injections as prescribed.
• Assist doctors and surgeons during minor and major surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols.
• Prepare patients physically and emotionally before surgery.
• Perform wound dressing and surgical site care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing notes and patient records.
• Educate patients and their family members on post-surgery care.
• Coordinate with the surgical team and support staff for patient care.

Qualifications Required:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council Registration
• Minimum 6 months to 2 years experience in surgical care preferred
• Freshers with strong clinical knowledge can also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
