Job Summary:

Staff Nurse Job Description (ICU / Casualty / Ward / IVF–Gynaec)

1. ICU Staff Nurse

• Continuous monitoring and management of critically ill patients.
• Operate and manage ventilators, infusion pumps, and ICU equipment.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and emergency drugs.
• Assist doctors during critical procedures.
• Maintain ICU documentation and infection control.

2. Casualty / Emergency Staff Nurse

• Provide first-line care for emergency and trauma patients.
• Perform triage and stabilize patients.
• Assist in emergency procedures, dressings, and IV/ECG.
• Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
• Maintain emergency trolley readiness and quick documentation.

3. Ward Staff Nurse

• Provide routine nursing care to patients in the ward.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and maintain charts.
• Coordinate with consultants for rounds.
• Assist in patient hygiene, comfort, and mobilization.
• Maintain ward discipline, inventory, and infection control.

4. IVF / Gynaec Staff Nurse

• Assist in OPD procedures for Gynaec & IVF.
• Support follicular scans, ovum pick-up, and embryo transfer.
• Provide medication counselling and patient support.
• Maintain strict aseptic technique and sensitive documentation.
• Coordinate with embryology and OT teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Required)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)
