"Staff Nurse-Team Lead"

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and confident Staff Nurse to lead our nursing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining adherence to OR protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a bold and authoritative demeanor, and the ability to motivate and guide the nursing team.Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of nurses, providing guidance and support as needed.- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.- Make decisions and take actions to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.2. Patient Care:- Provide direct patient care, utilizing strong clinical skills and knowledge.- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions.- Evaluate patient outcomes and make adjustments to care plans as needed.3. OR Protocols:- Ensure adherence to OR protocols, policies, and procedures.- Stay up-to-date on current best practices and guidelines.- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a safe and efficient OR environment.4. Communication:- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.- Document patient information accurately and efficiently.- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to decision-making.5. Professional Development:- Stay current with nursing trends, best practices, and evidence-based research.- Participate in ongoing education and training, maintaining professional certifications as required.Requirements:- Education: BSc Nursing or equivalent- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar setting, with experience in OR nursing preferred
