Staff Nurse

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor or Ward In-Charge. The role involves direct patient care, medication administration, documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and recovery.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. Nursing

Registration:

Registered Nurse

Experience:

Fresh graduates may apply (experience preferred in hospital/clinical settings)

Willing to work on a rotational shift basis, including morning, evening, and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients according to physician’s orders and nursing protocols.
• Monitor, record, and report patient health status, vital signs, and clinical observations.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time.
• Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and sample collection.
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding treatment and recovery.
• Ensure privacy, dignity, and confidentiality of all patients.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
