Nursing graduates to join our healthcare team. As a staff nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting doctors during medical procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in wards and OPD Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care based on standard nursing procedures. Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors. Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to physicians. Assist in diagnostic tests, dressing changes, and emergency procedures. Maintain patient records and prepare nursing care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care. Ensure infection control and cleanliness of the assigned ward/area. Coordinate with doctors, lab technicians, and administrative staff. Work in shifts (day/night rotation as per hospital schedule). Qualifications: B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution. Must be registered with the Karnataka State Nursing Council (or eligible for registration). Good communication skills in Kannada and basic English. Ability to work in a team and handle pressure in critical care situations. Prior experience in general medicine, emergency care, or ICU preferred (but not mandatory). Why Join Us?
