Job Description

Responsibilities: Patient Care: Providing direct bedside care, including hygiene, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures. Medication Administration: Ensuring accurate and timely administration of medications as prescribed by physicians. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and patient progress. Patient Education: Educating patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and self-care practices. Emergency Response: Responding to emergencies and providing appropriate care. Infection Control: Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to infection control protocols. Equipment Management: Ensuring proper functioning of medical equipment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care based on individualized needs Assess patient health status and develop appropriate care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and family members Educate patients and families about care plans, procedures, and health maintenance Maintain accurate and timely medical records Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
