Job Summary

The Staff Nurse at Sirpi Aesthetics will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the outpatient department (OPD), operation theatre (OT), and during post-operative recovery. The role requires flexibility to support night duties when clinically required and to maintain high standards of patient safety, hygiene, and care.

Key ResponsibilitiesOPD (Outpatient Department) Duties

• Assist doctors during OPD consultations and aesthetic procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures and ensure informed consent is completed
• Maintain patient records, vitals, and documentation
• Assist in pre- and post-procedure care
• Maintain cleanliness and infection control standards in OPD areas

OT (Operation Theatre) Duties

• Assist surgeons during aesthetic and cosmetic surgeries
• Prepare OT, instruments, consumables, and ensure sterility
• Follow OT protocols, surgical safety checklist, and aseptic techniques
• Assist in patient positioning, monitoring, and post-operative transfer
• Coordinate with CSSD for instrument sterilization

Post-operative & Ward Care

• Monitor patients during recovery
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Educate patients and attenders on post-operative care instructions
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and reports

Night Duty

• Perform night duties when required, based on patient care needs
• Monitor post-operative patients during night shifts
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with doctors when necessary

Work Schedule & Leave

• Sunday: Weekly off
• Night Duty: As and when required
• Shift timings as per hospital schedule and clinical requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification
• Valid Nursing Council registration
• Experience in OT / aesthetic / surgical nursing preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
