Job Summary:

The Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting doctors during examinations and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day clinical or hospital activities. The role includes patient assessment, medication administration, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and recording observations.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Maintain patient records and documentation as per hospital/clinic protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety at all times.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Participate in health check-up camps, vaccination drives, and community health programs (if applicable).
• Maintain medical supplies and equipment in good condition.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing (Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council).
