* Provide quality nursing care to all patients.
* Monitor and record patient vitals and clinical condition.
* Administer medicines, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
* Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and treatments.
* Maintain patient files, charts, and documentation accurately.
* Follow infection control, aseptic techniques, and safety protocols.
* Collect samples (blood/urine/etc.) and send to laboratory.
* Operate and maintain medical equipment properly.
* Communicate patient progress to doctors and family members.
* Respond to emergencies and assist during CPR/Code Blue.
* Support patients with education, counseling, and discharge instructions.
