Primary job title:

Staff Nurse (Registered Nurse)

About The Opportunity

A clinical healthcare role within the outpatient & primary care clinic sector, delivering hands-on patient care and nursing services across routine and urgent-care settings. This on-site position is based in India and supports high-quality, patient-centered care at a busy clinic environment focused on safety, infection control, and compassionate service.Role & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including vital signs monitoring, patient assessment, triage, and documentation for outpatient and minor procedures.
Administer medications, injections, and IV therapies safely following physician orders and clinic protocols.
Perform wound care and dressing changes, support minor procedure assistance, and escalate complications promptly.
Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques; ensure sterilization of instruments and proper disposal of clinical waste.
Accurately record patient histories, treatment notes, and handovers in paper or electronic medical records; support discharge instructions and patient education.
Collaborate with physicians, lab staff, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated, timely patient care and follow-up.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Valid nursing qualification (Diploma/Graduate in Nursing) and current registration with the relevant State Nursing Council.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Demonstrated competency in patient assessment and triage.
Medication administration and injection techniques.
IV cannulation and infusion therapy skills.
Wound care and dressing skills; knowledge of infection control/aseptic techniques.

Preferred

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Phlebotomy skills.
