Your role will also involve continuous monitoring of patients before, during, and after labor, including managing contractions, administering pain medication, and ensuring the overall well-being of both mother and baby. In addition to providing immediate care to newborns, such as cleaning and weighing, you will collaborate with delivering physicians, aid in the birthing process, and maintain accurate records of vital signs and the progression of labor. Your expertise in performing tasks like phlebotomy, IV administration, and hemodynamics monitoring will be essential in delivering high-quality care to patients.
