Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in Bengaluru. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Additionally, the Staff Nurse will educate patients and families about treatment plans and ensure a compassionate and professional environment for all patients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care and administering medications
• Experience in monitoring patient progress and documenting medical information accurately
• Strong communication skills for educating patients and families about treatment
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Valid nursing licensure and relevant certifications
• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly with neurological or neuropsychiatric patients, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
