Eligibility & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in the respective department (varies by role).
• Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing / M.Sc Nursing (for Nursing roles).
• Registration: Valid KNC (Karnataka Nursing Council) registration is mandatory for all nursing positions.
• Excellent patient care, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, patient-focused environment.
• Experience in multispecialty hospitals preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient condition and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist doctors and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
• Deliver empathetic support and guidance to patients and families.
