Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated OT Staff member for our diagnostics hospital in Bathinda. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supporting surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and assisting the surgical team to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during procedures
• Prepare and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and aseptic conditions in the OT
• Monitor patient vitals and assist in pre- and post-operative care

Requirements:

• Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology (OT Diploma)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital or diagnostics setup
• Strong understanding of infection control and OT protocols
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required
