Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing protocols and procedures

Monitor patient health and record important data such as vital signs and symptoms

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Educate patients and their families on ongoing healthcare needs and wellness strategies

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports

Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism

Participate in continuous education and training sessions to stay updated with nursing best practices

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program

Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficiency in using electronic health records and other healthcare-related software
