Staff Nurse

• Patient Care:
• Provide holistic nursing care to patients, including administering medications, injections, IV fluids, and monitoring vitals.
• Assist in personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort of patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts.
• Clinical Duties:
• Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and instruments.
• Follow infection control practices and hospital protocols strictly.
• Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization, NG tube insertion, etc.
• Emergency Response:
• Identify patient’s condition changes and promptly report to the physician.
• Provide first aid and emergency care in critical situations.
• Administrative & Documentation:
• Maintain proper nursing notes, treatment charts, and discharge summaries as required.
• Ensure safe custody and administration of drugs.
• Report and record any incidents, accidents, or unusual observations.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Coordinate with doctors, fellow nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care.
• Provide counseling and health education to patients and attendants.
• Act as a bridge between patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Professional Conduct:
• Adhere to ethical nursing practices and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Participate in training, workshops, and continuing education programs.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude at work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
