Patient Care: Provide holistic nursing care to patients, including administering medications, injections, IV fluids, and monitoring vitals. Assist in personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort of patients. Maintain accurate patient records and charts. Clinical Duties: Assist doctors during ward rounds, procedures, and emergencies. Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and instruments. Follow infection control practices and hospital protocols strictly. Perform nursing procedures such as wound dressing, catheterization, NG tube insertion, etc. Emergency Response: Identify patient’s condition changes and promptly report to the physician. Provide first aid and emergency care in critical situations. Administrative & Documentation: Maintain proper nursing notes, treatment charts, and discharge summaries as required. Ensure safe custody and administration of drugs. Report and record any incidents, accidents, or unusual observations. Coordination & Communication: Coordinate with doctors, fellow nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure smooth patient care. Provide counseling and health education to patients and attendants. Act as a bridge between patients, families, and the healthcare team. Professional Conduct: Adhere to ethical nursing practices and maintain patient confidentiality. Participate in training, workshops, and continuing education programs. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and a positive attitude at work.
