Staff Nurse

Job Description:

KJK Hospital is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse with experience in Paediatric Care to join our compassionate team. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing care to children and collaborating closely with paediatricians and the wider healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠Provide nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in the paediatrics department.
• ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Monitor patient health, administer medication, and manage IVs as prescribed.
• ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Assist doctors during examinations, treatments, and paediatric procedures.
• ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Educate and support patients’ families on paediatric health and care at home.
• ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to hospital and nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ GNM/BSc Nursing with valid registration (mandatory).
• ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Paediatric Care is required.
• ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
• ⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Candidates preferable from Trivandrum.
