Are you an experienced nurse ready for your next rewarding role? KJK Hospital, a leading healthcare and fertility centre in Trivandrum, is looking for dedicated Staff Nurses with 2–3 years’ experience in NICU and/or Operating Theatre (OT) to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert nursing care to patients in the NICU and OT
Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during operations and neonatal procedures
Ensure a sterile, safe, and supportive environment for both mothers and newborns
Prepare equipment, monitor vital signs, and provide comprehensive pre- and post-operative care
Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Requirements:

BSc Nursing from a recognized institution
2–3 years of experience in NICU and/or Operating Theatre
Registered Nurse with a valid license
Excellent clinical skills, communication, and teamwork
Compassion and attention to detail
