Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records.
- Rehabilitation Support: Assist patients with daily living activities, mobility, and exercises as part of their rehabilitation program.
- Collaboration: Work closely with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, medication management, and rehabilitation exercises.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and medication charts.
