Job Title: Staff Nurse - IVF

Location: Tieten Medicity, Kasarvadavli

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse - IVF is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments. This includes assisting in procedures, patient education, and supporting the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and positive patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Provide personalized care to patients undergoing IVF treatment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and manage their care before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist with the administration of medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Clinical Assistance:
• Assist the fertility specialist during IVF procedures, including egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and other related procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments and ensure proper handling of specimens.
• Patient Education and Support:
• Educate patients and their families about IVF procedures, medications, and treatment plans.
• Offer emotional support and counseling to patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, including physicians, embryologists, and administrative staff.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with patients regarding their treatment schedules and instructions.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and medication logs.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.
• Quality Improvement:
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in IVF nursing care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in IVF and fertility treatments through continuous education and training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Nursing License (Preferred)
