Job Title: Staff Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide direct patient care: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patient conditions.2. Assess and plan care: Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.3. Collaborate with healthcare team: Work effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, communicate patient information, and achieve shared goals.4. Maintain accurate records: Document patient information accurately and efficiently, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to hospital policies.5. Participate in quality improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance patient care.
