Staff Nurse

Description

We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse to provide excellent health care to our patients. You will work with a variety of patients, and you will provide direct nursing care along with physical or psychological support when required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, doctors and visitors.
• You should be able to deal with queries and give accurate information.
• Administer medication and treatment as prescribed by physicians
• Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine diagnostic checks (monitor vitals, provide drugs, administer injections, phlebotomy, ECG, Nebulisations)
• Monitoring for side effects and record patient’s condition and document provided care services and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements,
• Directly assisting the doctor during medical, dental, surgical and diagnostic procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
• Performing I.V access, Phlebotomy, collection & sending of specimen, oral suctioning, GRBS, Insulin administration, Nebulization, Oxygen inhalation, dressing and pre &/post op care.
• Responsible for explaining additional post-treatment home care needs to a patient's family or caregiver.
• Manage inventory and update records in filing system.
• Maintain proper infection control procedures including instruments disinfection and sterilization.
• Knowledge of BMW disposal procedures
• Manage accounts and expenditures.
• Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist in home care.
• Take up other additional duties as assigned.
• Duty: Outpatient Department
• Shift: Rotational/ Break

Requirements

• Any Diploma/B.Sc. Nursing/ GNM/ANM
• Proficient in English (oral and written)
• Strong communication and people skills
• Possess a nurturing and kind personality.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
