Job Description

Job Summary:

Guardian Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, adhere to hospital protocols, and contribute to a safe and healing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care based on physician’s instructions and nursing standards.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds.
Maintain accurate patient records and charts using hospital systems.
Educate patients and families on care plans, post-discharge care, and medication usage.
Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.Maintain cleanliness and order in the nursing station and patient areas
.Skills & Competencies:
Strong clinical and patient care skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,506.66 - ₹17,500.00 per month
