Maintain updated nursing notes, medication charts, and health records. Support doctors during rounds and implement treatment plans. Ensure strict adherence to infection control and hygiene standards. Respond promptly to emergencies and escalate concerns when needed. Coordinate with physiotherapists, caregivers, and support staff for holistic resident care.
