Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate will assist doctors, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and ensure patient safety and comfort at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols
Monitor vital signs and document patient condition accurately
Administer medications and injections as prescribed
Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
Maintain patient records and nursing documentation
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
Educate patients and attendants on care plans and medications
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Respond to medical emergencies promptly

Eligibility & Qualifications

GNM / BSc Nursing / Post Basic BSc Nursing
Valid Nursing Council Registration
Minimum 1 year experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in shifts
