Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in our healthcare facility. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, assisting doctors, and ensuring adherence to healthcare protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including monitoring vitals, administering medications, and wound dressing.
• Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are followed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical care situations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver holistic patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of medical equipment.

Qualification Required:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with State Nursing Council.
• 0–5 years of experience (freshers may also apply).

Skills Needed:

• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control, and emergency care.
• Teamwork and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
