Staff Nurse (CCU)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CCU.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and administer medications as per the physician’s instructions.
• Assist in emergency procedures such as CPR and defibrillation.
• Ensure ventilators, life support equipment, and monitors are functioning correctly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Educate patients and families about post-ICU care and recovery.
• Ensure infection control practices and CCU safety standards are strictly followed.
• Manage critical situations effectively and respond promptly to patient deterioration.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of critical care procedures and protocols.
• Proficiency in ventilator management, IV therapy, and emergency response.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACLS/BLS certification is preferred.
• Experience in handling ventilated patients and multi-organ failure cases.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
