Staff Nurse

Qualification:

• GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) / B.Sc. Nursing
• Valid Nursing Registration (State/National Nursing Council)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience (preferably) in Emergency Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate nursing care to critically ill or injured patients in the Emergency Department.
• Assist doctors in examination, procedures, and emergency interventions.
• Monitor and record patient’s vital signs and condition continuously.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, and oxygen therapy as prescribed.
• Maintain emergency crash cart, monitor stock levels, and ensure readiness of all emergency equipment.
• Handle triage efficiently and prioritize patient care according to severity.
• Ensure accurate documentation, handover, and maintenance of patient records.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times.
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and attendants to ensure coordinated care.

Qualification & Experience:

• GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Emergency / Casualty / ICU preferred.
• Freshers with strong clinical skills and willingness to work in Emergency are also encouraged to apply.

Skills Required:

• Clinical assessment and quick decision-making skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in critical situations.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of emergency equipment and life-saving procedures (BLS / ACLS preferred).

Shift: Rotational (Day/Night/On-Call as per duty roster)

Salary: As per industry standards / Negotiable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
