Job Description – Staff Nurse

Position: Staff Nurse
Qualification Required: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Valid Nursing Council Registration is Mandatory)
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
Job Location: Apple Hospital, Indore
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital standards.
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and maintain accurate records.
• Assist doctors during procedures and ensure timely execution of medical instructions.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols in patient care areas.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for seamless patient care delivery.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment protocols when required.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow all NABH/clinical compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• Mandatory registration with Nursing Council (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Good communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setup.
• Immediate joining will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

• Compassionate and patient-centric approach.
• Strong clinical knowledge and quick decision-making ability.
• Team coordination and discipline in following hospital protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Indore District, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• total work: 1 year (Required)
• Nursing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• GNM/BSC. Registration certificate (Required)
