Staff Nurse – Aesthetic & OT Support

What You’ll Do:

Clinical & Procedural Duties
Perform venipuncture, including drawing blood samples with accuracy and care.Insert and manage IV cannulas for procedures and IV drips.Prepare and set up the Operation Theatre (OT) for hair transplant, plastic surgery, and dermato-surgical procedures.Maintain sterile environment following surgical safety and infection-control protocols.Assist doctors during:
Hair transplant proceduresMinor plastic surgery and dermato-surgery casesLaser and aesthetic treatmentsMonitor patient vitals before, during, and after procedures.Manage post-procedure care, dressing, and follow-ups.Patient Care & Coordination
Provide compassionate and professional interaction with patients at all times.Guide patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions.Support clinic flow by coordinating with doctors, technicians, and front-desk staff.Ensure proper documentation of patient files, consumables, and treatment details.Operational Responsibilities
Maintain OT equipment, instruments, and consumable inventory.Support sterilisation and preparation of surgical instruments.Ensure clinical areas meet hygiene and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

• Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• blood drawing: 1 year (Required)
• laser technician: 1 year (Preferred)
