Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Electrical Maintenance Staff to join our Maintenance Department at HEG Pvt. Ltd., Mandideep. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical systems, industrial automation, and maintenance of heavy equipment in process industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of Siemens PLC, SCADA, CNC, and VFD systems.
• Handle basic pneumatics operations and maintenance tasks.
• Manage generation, transmission, and distribution of power systems, including operation and maintenance of electrical switchgears.
• Conduct preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of material handling equipment such as:
• EOT Cranes
• Belt Conveyors
• Bucket Elevators
• Battery Operated Trolleys
• Pneumatic Conveying Systems
• Perform electrical maintenance of pumps and other plant utility systems.
• Ensure equipment uptime through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and adherence to safety standards.
• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for smooth operation of plant machinery.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation of electrical systems and equipment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance within heavy industrial environments (Steel, Cement, Tyre, or similar sectors).
• Strong knowledge of PLC (preferably Siemens), SCADA, and VFD operations.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical circuits, motors, and industrial drives.
• Good understanding of industrial safety practices and preventive maintenance systems.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
