Job Description
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)- Monitor and record patient vital signs, ventilator settings, and critical parameters- Administer medications, IV infusions, blood products, and emergency drugs as prescribed- Assist doctors during procedures like incubation, central line insertion, code blue situations- Operate and maintain ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, defibrillators)- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment provided- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols- Provide psychological support to patients and communicate effectively with familiesAbout Hospital
