Job Description

Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and monitor various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
Assembly: Assemble products or components with precision and efficiency, using hand tools or automated equipment as required.Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks and inspections of products at various stages to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. Report any defects or non-conformances promptly.Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products. Move materials within the production area, potentially using pallet jacks or other equipment (training provided if necessary).Packaging & Labeling: Package finished goods accurately and prepare them for shipment, including labeling and sealing.Maintain Work Area: Keep the workstation and surrounding production area clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, guidelines, and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure personal and team safety.Documentation: Complete production logs, quality records, and other necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily targets.Troubleshooting (for experienced roles): Identify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
