As a Staff Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical direction and hands-on development of our next-generation AI-first marketing platforms. You will have the opportunity to architect, build, and ship products that revolutionize how marketers utilize data, plan campaigns, and make decisions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build Gen-AI native products: You will be responsible for architecting, building, and shipping platforms powered by LLMs, agents, and predictive AI. - Stay hands-on: Your role will involve designing systems, writing code, debugging, and ensuring product excellence. - Lead with depth: You will mentor a high-caliber team of full stack engineers to drive technical growth and innovation. - Speed to market: Rapidly ship and iterate on MVPs to enhance learning and gather valuable feedback. - Own the full stack: From backend data pipelines to intuitive UIs, you will work on technologies ranging from Airflow to React and from BigQuery to embeddings. - Scale what works: Ensure scalability, security, and performance in multi-tenant, cloud-native environments on Google Cloud Platform. - Collaborate deeply: Work closely with product, growth, and leadership teams to align technology with business priorities effectively. **Qualifications Required:** - 8+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack, data-driven products. - Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, and frontend technologies like React, with solid experience in Google Cloud Platform. - Strong grasp of data pipelines, analytics, and real-time data processing. - Familiarity with Gen-AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases. - Proven architectural leadership and technical ownership. - Product mindset with a focus on execution and iteration. In addition to the above, you will be working with a tech stack that includes Google Cloud Platform for cloud services, Node.js, Python, and Airflow for backend development, BigQuery and Cloud SQL for data processing, TensorFlow and OpenAI APIs for AI/ML capabilities, and React.js for frontend development.,
