Staff Development Engineer

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** You will be joining RateGain's Adara line of business as a leader specializing in big data technologies, nosql databases, and data engineering. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement end-to-end data processing pipelines. You will also collaborate with data engineering teams and data science to ensure smooth integration of back-end data systems and implement algorithms and data routines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data processing pipelines. - Extract and process data from inhouse data sources (Bigquery, GCS etc) and external systems in the adtech ecosystem such as DSPs and SSPs. - Develop directive alerting and notification features for business users to action in management of campaigns and optimizations. - Develop backend and integration layer for interactive UIs to visualize and interpret campaign performance data. - Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of back-end data systems. - Collaborate with data science to implement algorithms and data routines as well as new generative AI solutions that require prototyping and validation. - Optimize data-driven web applications for performance and scalability. - Stay updated with the latest in big data technologies and integrate them as necessary. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all visualizations. - Follow and implement CI/CD patterns to ensure software deployment and release stability. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience with full-stack development, especially in data-driven applications. - Familiarity with big data technologies and nosql databases. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology and code. - Excellent communication skills. **Additional Details:** RateGain is a leading provider of SaaS products, catering to travel and hospitality companies with cognitive revenue management, smart e-distribution, and brand engagement.
