You will be responsible for ensuring the timely arrival and departure of all loads during your shift. This includes coordinating with the origin to provide information on load arrivals and ensuring timely connections of shipments to their destinations as per scheduled runs. Additionally, you will be in charge of overseeing Point to Point operations, Multi-level billing operations, and EDL/ODA operations to ensure their smooth conduct. Another key aspect of your role will be to coordinate and manage all network changes, priority runs, misconnections, and other issues that may arise during your shift. It will be your responsibility to communicate these occurrences to the relevant PUD Centres and Service Centres. You will also need to update codes for misconnections, misroutes, wrong tagging, and other similar issues, and ensure that the necessary locations are informed via email. Handling exception cases will also fall under your purview. You will need to check the exceptions from previous shifts on a daily basis and follow up to ensure their closure or resolution. Additionally, you will be required to ensure that there are enough vehicles available for inbound and outbound operations during your shift and oversee vehicle placement at bays, as well as monitor tally and loading operations. Furthermore, you will be tasked with checking SLAH (stock lying at hub) for your shift and taking appropriate action as necessary. Daily staff briefings, including communication about any operational changes, will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring that the Ground Hub is adequately manned with full-time employees, PDAs, loaders, etc., during your shift is crucial. You will also be responsible for managing pick-ups and carting fleet management to ensure pick-up and connection on the same day.,
