Staff Backend Engineer-India

You will be responsible for designing and building a world-class cloud platform to assist enterprises in monitoring and analyzing their ML models, including predictive models, LLM, and Generative models. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing enterprise-grade, scalable APIs and frameworks to execute analysis and validation of customers" ML models and workflows - Developing new metrics and evaluation methods to assess the quality and robustness of ML models - Collaborating with product and customer-facing teams to enhance and expand the product - Recommending and implementing engineering best practices, enhancing existing software functionality, and ensuring software design, application, and maintenance meet quality standards Qualification Required: - Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent - 10+ years of working experience - Proficiency in Python - Experience in debugging and troubleshooting production systems - On-call support experience - Familiarity with common distributed systems infrastructure such as Redis, Postgres, RabbitMQ, Celery, Flask Nice to have: - Experience working with ML models in production - Knowledge of common LLM frameworks like Langchain, Llamaindex, RAG, HuggingFace, and evaluation frameworks like Ragas or Presidio - Understanding of infrastructure management (AWS/Google Cloud, Kubernetes, or equivalent on-premises technologies) - Experience in building large-scale distributed systems and working with columnar and vector databases Fiddler, an early-stage startup recognized as a pioneer in AI Observability, offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions and make a real impact on the future of AI technology.
