As an exceptional Staff Analyst on the Product Business Operations team at Zscaler, you will report to the Sr. Manager, Product Business Operations. Your role will involve driving strategic initiatives to optimize churn, increase deployments, and operationalize customer-valued features. You will solve complex problems using hypothesis-driven frameworks and analytical tools to derive actionable insights. Additionally, you will mentor junior analysts, provide thought leadership to enhance team capabilities, and support business leaders. Leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely completion, will be a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will identify inefficiencies, implement scalable processes and frameworks, and contribute to improving business performance. **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field; MBA from a top-tier institution highly preferred - 5-7 years of experience in SaaS, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations within high-growth companies - Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, advanced Python skills for data analysis, automation, and machine learning - Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker for creating impactful dashboards and reports, strong problem-solving skills for tackling ambiguity and complex challenges **Preferred Qualifications:** - Effective communication to influence and build consensus among senior stakeholders - Independent project management with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership - Connecting data insights to strategic business objectives through strong business acumen At Zscaler, diversity and inclusion are core values, fostering an environment that values all backgrounds and perspectives, promoting collaboration and a sense of belonging.
