Staff Analyst, Product Business Operations

As a Staff Analyst at Zscaler, you will be an integral part of the Product Business Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager. Your role will involve driving strategic initiatives to optimize churn, increase deployments, and operationalize customer-valued features. You will be expected to solve ambiguous problems using hypothesis-driven frameworks and analytical tools to create actionable insights. In this position, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior analysts, providing thought leadership to elevate team capabilities and support business leaders. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with objectives. Your contributions will be essential in improving business performance by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable processes and frameworks. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. An MBA from a top-tier institution is highly preferred. You should possess 8+ years of experience in SaaS, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations roles within high-growth companies. Expert proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets, along with advanced Python skills for data analysis, automation, and machine learning, is required. Additionally, proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to create impactful dashboards and reports is essential. Strong problem-solving skills to tackle ambiguity and complex challenges are also a key requirement for this role.
