Staff Accountant- US Time (6 pm to 3 am IST)- Remote/WFH- Permanent

Role: Staff Accountant

• Experience: 15+Years
• Location: Remote/WFH- Permanent
• Reports To: CEO
• Timing: US Shift 6 pm to 3 am IST.
• Must have extensive 8 years of expertise in QuickBooks and experience working with US clients
  

We are seeking a candidate with

15+ years of accounting experience, including 8+ years in US accounting and QuickBooks

, along with strong organizational, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. The role, which requires attention to detail and the ability to follow up effectively, involves tasks such as bank reconciliations, financial reporting, monthly accruals, GL account reconciliation, and managing AR collections.

The candidate should have experience in AP or bookkeeping, a degree in Accounting (CPA preferred),

and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

This US shift role (6 PM to 3 AM IST)

also demands excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Mandatory

• 15+ years accounting exp
• At least 8 yrs using QuickBooks.
• 8+ years US accounting experience
• Attention to detail and follow up very important
• Previous experience in AP or bookkeeping and QuickBooks

• Must be able to analyse large amounts of data quickly
  

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or candidate preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Create monthly financials
• Maintenance of audit folders
• Monthly GL account reconciliations
• Analyze financial statements
• Communicate with operational team at Communities
• Review work of peers
• Present financial reports to management
• Profit/Loss report based on client
• Monthly and Annual Projections
• AR Collection
